This is me. Like, what? Also, you got OCD right which sadly most people don't the whole "Do x till it "feels" right is so on point and something that through CBT I've been taught to fight against. I have ADHD, OCD, Autism and social anxiety. The going into the room, grabbing a drink in there, putting something down and then leaving and forgetting why I ever went in there was too on point.
